My Child & I

Firstborn shows an oval hard-candy and asks,

"What will this be?"

I start guessing, to no avail:

" The Number Zero"

"The Letter O"

"The shape Oval"

Run out of answers and ask "So... what is it, then?"

"Candy!?!" (uttered with true amusement)
