Dhaatu: Tattva Katha – 2

Ayodhya Kanda

Tattva katha – Ramayana – Chapter 2

This second workshop was postponed due to some unavoidable family circumstances. We really regret the inconvenience cause to those who had registered and we are happy to announce the new date for the same workshop.

We continue the Tattva Katha – Ramayana series with the second workshop on Sunday, August 11th. During the first class of Tattva Katha we have completed the story of Ramayana upto Rama’s wedding with Seeta.

Along the way we have talked about Dharma as a value of life and about the core of what forms the objective of human pursuit and endeavour – freedom and happiness. This core objective will always remain unchanged and as we carry on with our journey t! hrough the second chapter of Ramayana, we explore life through the Ayodhya kanda. Ayodhya kanda is a poignant chapter about the strife in life and about the havoc that we can create in our own lives and relationships, about the play of destiny and about the path taken by the truly noble.

As part of the art experience along with this class, we will be introducing the art of glove puppet making to the participants.
