About Art Park Bengaluru
Art Park Bengaluru is a cultural initiative launched by Bangalore-based contemporary artists. The main activity will be a monthly event on the first Sunday of every month at the Sculpture Garden (Shipavana) in the Ravindra Kalakshetra complex. The event will involve 20 selected, eminent local artists who will spend the whole day working at the venue so that interested members of the public can see, appreciate and understand artists' varied methods of work. The day-long event will enable artists and the public to engage in critical conversations that cna help lay people to develop a deeper understanding of art and artists across time, location and culture.
