Naman was inaugurated by esteemed Odissi guru Guru Gangadhar Pradhan in 2010. His worthy disciple and one of the finest Odissi dancers of this generation, Bijayini Satpathy from the famed dance village Nrityagram at Hessarghatta, Bengaluru, is sure to enchant the audiences with her impeccable artistry. The event also features the rare talented, Sonali Mohapatra, a gifted hearing-impaired artiste from Bhubaneswar. Pabitra Kumar Pradhan from Bhubaneswar will add beauty to the event with delightful duet rendition with partner Sridutta Bhol. The event is to be graced by senior gurus like Bhanumati, Usha Venkateswaran, Veena Murthy Vijay, Minal Prabhu, dancers, critics, scholars and many dignitaries from the art world.
