Avadhany Foundation – vocal carnatic music competition
(for children below 15) in Bangalore on 28th October 2012.
The competition carries a cash award of Rs 6000 (Ist Prize), Rs 3000
(2nd Prize) and Rs 1000 (Consolation Prize).
In addition the 1st Prize
winner will be presented an electronic Tambura donated by Vid Dr Hamsini
Nagendra, Performing Artiste and Associate Professor, Dept of
Performing Arts, Bangalore University.
Last date for receipt of
application is 15th September
