Continuing Professional Development for English Language Teachers and Trainers: A Symposium

 

British Council India will host a Symposium on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for English Language Teachers and Trainers from the 19 – 23 November in New Delhi, Anand and Bengaluru.

 

A group of committed academics, researchers, teachers, trainers and educational leaders from the private and public sectors have been meeting regularly as part of the British Council’s Policy Think Tank series on CPD, identified key research questions and designed small scale experiments to identify practical lessons for those who wish to design and implement CPD initiatives in teacher education in India.

 

A publication Continuing Professional Development: Lessons from India arising out of the deliberations and research of the British Councils CPD Policy Think Tank will also be launched at these events.
