Sri Jain Swetambar Terapanth Mahila Mandal is organizing a special rally on 8th of March on account of international women’s day. The rally begins at Terapanth sabha bhavan, Gandhinagar and inaugurated by Mrs. Kavitha Jain, ex corporator, BBMP.
This mahila Mandal is working under the caring wings of 11th Acharya Mahashraman and Sadhvi pramukha Sri Kanakprabhaji. The organization is aimed at empowering women in all walks of life. They are also creating awareness to save the girl child. The other goals being giving moral education to girls and giving training on the moral values and cultures of the society, organize rallies, street dramas etc.
So on the occasion of international women’s day, to create awareness a rally is organized in Bangalore. Honorable governor, shri H.R.bharadhwaj is going to grace the occasion.
