lady campers!
DATES: November 30th and Decmebr 1st
Destination: Somewhere near Tumkur, about a couple of hours drive from Bangalore.
So, is this an adventure experience? Not really. We will be camping, not in the wilderness, but in a
safe yet nature-friendly environment. To be precise, inside a mango grove!
So, is this only for young girls? NO. It is open to all ladies young at heart and fairly fit. You should
be able to sleep inside a tent. Not to worry, there is some basic bedding available inside the tent to
keep you comfortable. Of course, women who want to come with men/children/pets, please excuse
us this time.
TENTATIVE ITINERARY (only for official purposes. We repeat - we believe in amazing experiences

DAY 1 – NOVEMBER 30th, 2013
Leave from Bangalore to the camp at 6 30 AM. After breakfast, visit a few offbeat attractions en
route and reach by lunch time. Treat yourself to a wholesome lunch. Relax. Evening is with campfire
(weather permitting) and some F5 activities to help you bond with your fellow travellers better.
Overnight in the weather-proof, cosy and super-comfortable tents!
DAY 2 – DECEMBER 1st, 2013
Go on a soft trek around the village/hillock, early in the morning. Come back for a wholesome
breakfast. Read a book or go for a swim. Visit a pickling factory nearby and understand the
interesting process. Have lunch and doze off. Start back to Bangalore after tea, around 4 PM. Head
home refreshed!
Exact itinerary, pick-up/drop-off points, timings, guidelines for the trip etc. will be communicated a
few days before the trip.

INCLUSIONS:
1. Transportation to and fro from Bangalore. Pick-up points to be decided a couple of days before
the trip.
2. Shared accommodation in clean, comfortable and sturdy tents. 2 ladies share a tent.
3. Day 1– All meals and 2 doses of caffeine. The campsite has an open kitchen, so feel free to request
for snacks or that extra cup of coffee! Day 2 – Breakfast and lunch and again, 2 doses of caffeine.
4. The F5 experiences and activities, of course! We don’t have ANY hidden charges.
EXCLUSIONS
As usual, personal expenses and any extra meals/stuff/add-ons you request.
We will try to service your requests to the best of our ability, but for some reason, if it doesn’t work
out, kindly bear with us. We promise we will better ourselves!
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION
Upto 7 days prior prior to the date of commencement of trip – 25% deducted and 75% refunded as
cash.
Upto 2 days/48 hours prior to the date of commencement of trip – 50% deducted and rest refunded
as cash.
Last day intimation/no show – 70% deducted and 30% is retained as credit voucher. This is mainly to
encourage you to join our other trips! Cool, isn’t it?
In case of a natural/man-made calamity at the destination on the planned dates, we may have to
cancel the trip. In that case we will hold your reservation and accommodate you in our upcoming
trips.
