Before the December Nights event unfolds, a holiday carnival and craft fair will be happening at Balboa Park. Challenge your skills with over 30 activity game booths and a selection of prizes, enjoy fun rides, and browse through lots of homemade crafts. And yes! Get a photo of you with Santa!

Little Italy Holiday Tree Lighting & Village
Little Italy is decorated into a Holiday Village where you can come for some friendly hometown shopping. Unique gift items, light refreshments, holiday musicians, and the lighting of a Christmas Tree are there to add a sparkle to the evening. Stores will be open longer for late night shoppers.

52nd Annual La Jolla Christmas Parade
A wonderful holiday parade lures locals out of the hills and from the beaches to La Jolla to watch a homespun parade. Listen to the music and see marching bands, drill teams, scout troops, floats, dogs, horses, and more. This event is in conjunction with the "La Jolla Holiday Festival".

27th Annual La Jolla Holiday Festival
A wonderful holiday festival lures locals out of the hills and from the beaches to mingle about and enjoy a day of musical performances, tasty food, and a gorgeous tree lighting ceremony. This event is in conjunction with the "La Jolla Christmas Parade".
