A nine-day veritable musical treat awaits aficionados of Carnatic
music when Sangeethotsava 2013 gets underway at Ravindra Kala Bhavan,
University College, Mangalore.
Sangeetha Parishath in association with Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and Mangalore University will organize the festival in connection with its bi-decennial celebrations and will feature 20 concerts by renowned classical music artistes.

Violin, veena, venu concert by H K Venkatram, Ashwin Anand and G Ravikiran at 5pm.
On November 25,
Prasanna Ballal mandolin concert at 4pm.
Madhur P Balasubrahmanyam vocal concert at 6pm.
On November 26,
Pavithra Roopesh vocal concert at 4pm.
T Ananthapadmanabhan veena recital at 6pm.
On November 27,
T G Gopalakrishnan and his disciples will present nada bhramari at 4pm.
V Shankaranarayan vocal concert at 6pm.
On November 28,
Athreyee Krishna, Karkala vocal concert at 4pm,
Renowned artiste T S Sathyavathi from Bangalore will take stage after Athreyee to render a vocal concert at 6pm.

Usha H vocal concert at 4pm
vocal concert by Yogeesha Sharma Ballapadavu at 6pm.
On November 30,
Hemantha and Herambha flute recital at 4pm.
Vijayalakshmi Subrahmanyam vocal concert at 6pm.

10am vocal concert by Sherthalai Renganatha Sharma
Participants of music workshop conducted by Sangeetha Parishath, under the guidance of Kumara Kerala Varma will present a vocal concert at 2pm.
Violin duet by the renowned violin duo Mysore Nagaraj and Mysore Manjunath at 6pm,
Vidwan T G Gopalakrishnan, senior violin artiste will be felicitated at the valedictory and Kumara Kerala Varma, Yogeesh Sharma Ballapadavu and Uma Udayashanker, Udupi will be honored. Young talent awards will be given to Usha H, Udupi, Vineet P, Kanhangad, Nikshith, Puttur and Vishnupriya, Kasaragod. Prize winners of music competitions held in connection with music festival will be honoured.
