Of Spanish origin, she took lessons in music from Martina Catella, a famous ethno-musicologist.
She
then began to diffuse the music of the great singers of Romania and the
Balkans. Musicians accompanying Norig are Mathias Levy (violin),
Olivier Lorang (double bass) and Joris Viquesnel (guitar).

‘Moliere Tonight!Storytellers
from Bangalore Little Theatre will bring six irreverently funny
vignettes from the works of France’s best loved playwright Jean Baptiste
Poquelain aka Moliere on

‘Moliere Tonight!’ at Alliance Francaise. They take you on a
laughter-filled ride through the life of a man remembered fondly even
centuries after his time. The graduates of 2013’s ‘Summer Project On
Theatre’ sing and dance to bring alive Moliere’s best known characters.
The hornswoggler and the swashbuckler, the social climber and the pill
popper, the middle-aged rake and drunken quack all come together to make
for evening of rib-tickling fun albeit not without some contemplation
on own situations. Adapted from ‘Moliere Alive!’ by Vijay Padaki, the play is directed by Priya Venkatesh and Naveen Tater. Entry is free.

‘4th Suchitra Short Film Festival’ for emerging film-makers.
